Yvonne, lovingly known as “Babysista,” was born on April 15, 1944, to Walter Browning Sr. and Louise Warren.
Yvonne was preceded in death by her parents, Walter Browning Sr. and Louise Warren; her sisters, Bertha Warren and Beverly Carter; her brother, Frank Charles Canady; and her beloved grandson, Taj Warren.
She leaves to cherish her memory husband, Bill Turner; two daughters, Sheila Robinson and Sharon Turner; brothers, Alfred Warren and Edgar Warren; five grandsons, Courtney Warren, Marquis Warren (Ramona), Kevin Shaw (Loyteshia), Algernon Brooks, and Jason Washington (Christina); and granddaughter, Jessica Jones.
She also leaves behind 27 great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren, special nieces, Karen Robinson (James), Marilyn Jenkins (Willie), and Sonya Robinson (Reginald); special nephew, Nathan Kendall; and many other nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends who will miss her very much.
Yvonne attended school in the Dallas Independent School District. She later became a devoted homemaker who took great pride in caring for her family. She was known for her joyful spirit and warm smile. Yvonne never met a stranger and always had a joke to make others laugh.
She enjoyed decorating, painting, fishing, and spending time with the people she loved. Her kindness and loving heart touched everyone who knew her.
Yvonne accepted Christ at an early age and rededicated her life to Him in 2018. She faithfully served as a member of The Full Gospel Holy Temple Church in Dallas. Her faith was the foundation of her life and gave her strength, hope, and peace.
Yvonne’s love, laughter, and caring spirit will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
