Obituary

Born September 6, 1929 in Tatum,Texas to the parentage of Jim and Sudie Lee Nelson. He received his formal education in Tatum Independent school district. He served in The United States Army,  fought in The Korean War,  receiving numerous awards of recognition, The Korean service medal with four bronze service stars and The United nations service medal. Upon his return to Texas he met and married Evelyn  Jones Williams they have spent 50 wonderful years of marriage together. He was known by his family as "Uncle Honey ". Mr.Nelso Loved serving the Lord and was a member of God's Holy Temple until his health failed.he leaves to mourn his passing,wife Evelyn,two daughters Shirley Williams and Alice Small of Dallas, Ten grandchildren,Twelve great grandchildren,Two sisters one brother of Beltville,Maryland,and a host of family and friends.
