Willie Jo Callahan, 72, of Dallas, TX, passed away surrounded by family and loved ones Wednesday, February 17, 2021. She was born June 14, 1948 in Gilmer, TX to Ennis & Kizzel Smith. She is survived by her four loving children Carolyn Callahan, Cynthia Callahan, Charles Callahan, Curtis Callahan his lovely wife Tracie, and beautiful bonus daughter Nicole Smith.

God beckoned for her to come and enter into Eternal Rest while she was peacefully resting at home on Wednesday, February 17, 2021.  She did not have any fear knowing her Eternal Home was in view and she would soon be reunited with so many loved ones that went on before her.

She is survived by her eight grandchildren: Wannetta Callahan, Brittany Smith, Savannah Callahan, Tiffany Smith , Kimberly Callahan, Zachary Callahan, Cayla Callahan, and Alexander Callahan, eight great-grandchildren: Ta'Lasia, Ta'Leyah, Zaiden, Ja'Kobe, Elijah Jr, Sidney, Jessica, and Jack Ryan. As well as her loving sisters Elene Daniels (Tyler, TX) & Wanda Jones (Dallas, TX) and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and family friends.
