Wendell Ray Burroughs, Sr., in his 73rd season, passed away on November 28, 2016.
Wendell attended Booker T. Washington High School and was employed at United Hanson Concrete Pipes for over 22 years as a foreman supervisor.
He was passionate about cars and enjoyed hanging out at Drag Strips with his family and friends.
A wake will be held Friday, December 2, 2016 7-7:45 PM.
The homegoing service will commence on Saturday, December 3, 2016 12:30 PM. Both services will be held at Evergreen Memorial Funeral Home.
The interment will follow at Lincoln Memorial Park.
