Warren was born March 3, 1964 in Waxahachie, Texas to Charles and Berniece Miles. He grew up in Dallas and attended Dallas Independent School District, where he graduated from South Oak Cliff. He attended college in Kentucky, where he received several degrees. Todd, as he was known to family and friends, loved his family. He was always the life of the party at family gatherings. He was a loving family man, devoted son, brother, husband and father. Warren was employed at Sterilite where he worked for the past 10 years. Warren passed away on October 23, 2017.

He is preceeded in death by his father, Charles Henry Miles, Sr. He leaves to cherish his memory his wife, Amy, his children Tyler (Sharonda), Tayler and Warren, Jr. and granddaughter Tamia. His mother, Berniece Miles, brother Connie Ray, sister Cynthia Porter (Aaron Porter), brother Charles "Jr" (Madeline), sister Teresa Miles, seven nieces and nephews, and a host of other relatives who are left to cherish his memory.

Todd will be missed by his family and friends, and his memory will live on in those who loved him and cherished him. He will never be forgotten.
