Adams
February 14, 1951 – February 12, 2025
"Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and today, and forever." -Hebrews 13:8
Walter Lee Adams was born in Jacksonville, Texas on February 14, 1951, to the
parentage of Willie B. and Ruthie Mae Adams.
He graduated from L.G. Pinkston High School in Dallas, Texas in 1970, with outstanding honors.
He was a man of few words, kind-hearted, earnest, and carried a warmed demeanor with a smile to all whom he encountered. He was a man who enjoyed technology and photography.
He was a faithful member of Full Gospel Holy Temple in Dallas, Texas for some 40 plus years, under the leadership of Apostle Lobias Murray, and now Apostle Herman Murray. He was saved, sanctified and filled with the Holy Ghost, and enjoyed the preached word along with worshipping and praising the God of His salvation.
On August 27, 1971, he married the love of his life, Marilyn Gail Stephens, whom he affectionately called,
"My Pretty Lady!"
Walter Lee Adams peacefully entered into eternity on February 12, 2025, with a smile upon his countenance.
He was preceded in death by both parents, Willie B. and Ruthie Mae Adams; four brothers: Kenneth Ray Adams, Nathaniel Adams, Willie T. Adams, and Robert Adams, and one sister, Anne R. Standfield.

Special thanks to the entire Wright family and a very special brother-friend, Bro. Stewart Williams.
