Vincent Jones entered this world as the fifth child of Lawrence and Helen Jones on February 4, 1965, in Austin, Texas.  He was a proud 1983 graduate of the South Oak Cliff High School aka,"The MECCA" 2x State Champion!

Vincent met the love of his life Denna Russell in the summer of 1987.  To this union, two beautiful children were born, Erica and Xavier.  Unfortunately, Denna proceeded him in death in 2001.

Vincent Eric worked for more than 30 years at Sweetheart/SOLO Cup now known as DART until his health declined causing him to retire.  Starting out on the assembly line, he progressed and advanced to a supervisor position. Vincent was known to be a fair and impartial mentor, who would always encourage upward mobility as a result many of his coworker became supervisors.

Vincent loved to help everyone by being a man of many talents. He was a handyman, there was nothing he could not fix. Some of his talents were being a DJ/Party Promotor, cook, hair stylist, barber and mechanic. But most of all he enjoyed going up I-35 to push those buttons, look at those lights and hear those bells and whistles at Winstar.

Vincent leaves in God's capable hands to cherish his life his children, Erica and Xavier, Parents, Lawrence Jones and Helen Jones, Siblings; Larry Jones (Tammie), Donald Jones (Paola), Virgia Hines (Ralph), preceding him in death Michael Jones (June), Kimberly Hill (Charles) and Christopher Jones (Tracye) and a host of nieces and nephews.

Vincent also leaves to cherish his memory his fiancé Lisa Ly.
