The word "Big Mama" means, the heart of The Family. She was a remarkable, spiritual woman of God who touched our lives forever. We recall all the memories and stories of how she has had a big impact on our lives. She was a strong, kind, loving mother, sister, aunt, grandmother, great grandmother, great-great grandmother, and friend.

Big Mama was always giving needed advice and she would always speak the truth. If you needed a place to lay your head, the doors were always open.  Her love for you was unwavering. She would say words like "I Love You More" before leaving or hanging up the phone which was a testament for her deep love and affection for you.

Big Mama had a way of reminding us that no matter what, we were always loved and cherished. She is no longer with us physically, but her unconditional love will always be with us in our hearts.

There are memories, and moments when we laughed and cried together which would always lead us back to the Lord. The word is a powerful source of wisdom and guidance for us to pass down through generations to come.

Big Mama lived a life of scripture where grace and mercy followed her.

She had many favorite scriptures to share for hope, comfort, and inspiration in a time of need.

Psalms 23:1 I will bless the Lord at all times, his praise shall continually be in my mouth.

Psalms 103:1 Bless the Lord: O my soul and all that is within me, bless his holy name. all the days of her life, and she will dwell in the house of the Lord forever.

She always reminded us by saying, "This is not goodbye, but see you later".
