Tracy Rhinehart was born on August 13, 1968, to the union of Bill Rhinehart
and Jacqueline Hollins Rhinehart.

He attended K.B. Polk Elementary School and Cary Middle School. He graduated in 1986 from Thomas Jefferson High School. Later, he attended classes at Cedar Valley Community College.

He joined Pilgrim Rest Baptist Church at an early age under Rev. G.B. Prince and joined the children's usher board.

Tracy worked as a service representative until his health declined.

He is survived by his wife of 20 years, Tausha Warren Rhinehart, his parents, Deacon Bill Rhinehart and Sister Jacqueline Rhinehart, brothers Billy Rhinehart and Michael Rhinehart (Stacie), nieces Leah Rhinehart, Asia Rhinehart, La'Lani, and nephew Princeton Rhinehart. He is also remembered by friend Robinson and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
