Tory James DeVon Fuller was born February 25, 1980 in Dallas, Texas to the parents of Raymond and Sherrion Calico Fuller.

He graduated from Samuell High School in 1998. He received his CDL from Tri State in 2005. He atteneded ATI in 2011 majoring in HVAC. Tory's heart extended beyond his own needs; always wanting to help others. Tory was a wonderful father to two beautiful daughters. He attended Ewing Street Church of the Living God all of his life under the leadership of Bishop C.C. Berry, Jr.
