Tina Renee Favors was born June 2, 1968 in Dallas, Texas to the parentage of Barbara Chappell and Zebedee Favors Jr. She graduated from Lancaster Highschool class of 1986. She also attended El Centro College in Dallas.

Tina was a former employee of the Dallas Morning News and an employee with First American for over 15 years. She was a faithful member of The Jubilee Church in DeSoto, TX. She enjoyed spending time with her family especially her "Gram Grams". She loved to cook and absolutely loved makeup!

Tina was preceded in death by her father Zebedee Favors Jr.

She leaves to cherish her memories: Mother Barbara Chappell One son Cortney Carter Sr. (Nikkia) Two daughters Alexandria Jones and Amber Jones Granddaughters Hannah Jones, Khloee Brazil, Aleigha Brazil, Grandsons Joshua Jones, Jeremiah Brazil, Cortney Carter ll, Cash Carter, Cross Carter; Five Sisters Tammy Favors, Teresa F. Carrington, Shamika Jones (Ray), Amya Cook, Latrice Favors  1 Brother Kelvin. 7 nephews 3 nieces; 1 longtime best friend of 42 years Carla Davis, and a host of great nieces, great nephews, cousins and friends.
