Obituary

Thomas (Tee) Henry was the 8th child born to the parentage of the late Johnny Randel Henry

And Inella (Price) Henry in Dallas Texas on March 01, 1950.

Thomas graduated from South Oak Cliff High School, located in Dallas ,Texas . He moved to San Diego California with his sister Dora, to further his education.

He relocated back to Dallas after a while and in his early life, Thomas was drafted into the United States Army where he served his country honorably.

Thomas decided to obey Christ at an early age.  Later he joined the Oak Cliff Bible Fellowship, and served on the Usher Ministry.

Thomas sought employment at the United States Postal Service, and worked for many years  before retiring from the work force.

He united in marriage to Janet (Perry) Henry. To this union a son was born, Jumoke Asim Henry. Later in life Thomas met and married Sherry (Jones) Henry, and she brought a son (Jared) to this union, whom Thomas raised along with his son, Jumoke. He was a great father.

Thomas was preceded in death by: his father Johnny Henry and his Mother Inella Henry, his son Jared, his brothers John Delmor, and Lynn D. Henry (Doretha) and his sister, Verdie Henry.

He leaves to cherish his memory: his loving son Jumoke Henry (Lavenia) whom he had much love for and he called her "baby girl",  his devoted wife/companion Sherry Henry, his special friend Leona, his grandchildren Jumoke II, Jade and Jared Henry, Sydnee Graves (Jared's daughter); the youngest, whom was named after Jared who preceded Thomas in death. He also leaves his brothers-Melvin Henry and Arthur Price, sisters Johnnie Faye Hill, Dora Thompson (Wallace) and Carrol Boggess (Joe), a host of uncles, aunts, nieces, great nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends to cherish his memory.

Thomas will be well missed.
