Thelma Bellinger was born on February 28, 1948, to the parents of Jesse and Verna Mae Bailey in Benchley, TX. She came to Dallas at an early age and joined Greater Mt. Hebron, where she remained a member until her death. She was loved by all and had a contagious smile. Her heart was filled with love, and she took everyone under her wings.

Thelma was preceded in death by her husband, Billy; her parents, Jesse and Verna Mae Bailey; two sisters, Jesse Mae Berry and Gloria Jones; and brothers, Alton and Kenneth Bailey.

She leaves to cherish her memory: children, Keith Bailey, Theresa Bellinger, Billy Bellinger, and Bobby Bellinger, all of Dallas, Texas; one brother, Lonnie Bailey; four sisters, Evelyn, Deloris, Emma, and Ruby; thirteen grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, family, and friends.
