A viewing will be the held at Evergreen Funeral Home 6449 University Hills Blvd, Dallas, TX from 3:00 - 8:00 p.m. Friday, October 9, 2020.
A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, October 10, 2020 at Laurel Land Funeral Home, 6300 S R L Thornton Freeway, Dallas, TX 75232. You can watch Mr. Riser's graveside service via youtube (see instructions below).
Stephen Riser, 57, of Cedar Hill, TX transcended peacefully into eternity on October 2, 2020 at his home. Stephen was born on October 21, 1962 in Marshall, Texas to Charles and Helen Collins Riser, who both preceded him in death.
He was employed with ExxonMobil as a Regulatory Analyst in Fort Worth, Texas.
Stephen was a music enthusiast who taught himself how to play the Guitar especially to the tunes of his favorite artists "Prince" and "The Eagles". He was an avid Motorcyclist and a member of the Heavy Hitters Motorcycle Club of Longview, Texas.
Those left to cherish his precious memories are his loving wife of 35 years, Audrey Brewster Riser, Cedar Hill, TX. Daughters, Yesheka Booker, Dallas, TX and Aspen Riser, Brookhaven, GA. One son, Stephen Riser II, Dallas, TX. A Brother, Curtis Riser (Shirley), Cedar Hill, TX. Sisters, Linda Taylor (Robert) Memphis, TN, Angie Boyce (Eddie), Olive Branch, MS and Alexia Carifio (Eddie), Dekalb, IL. Nephew and Nieces, Reginald, Jarvis (Naquasha), Tyler, Jazmien (Terrell), Curtis II, Destiny, Ciara, Charlie and Lincoln (Twins). Three great-nieces Giselle, MiAmoura and Emery. One great nephew Heir.One grand-pup, Kinsey. In addition, he is loved by a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
The family would like to sincerely thank Faith Presbyterian Hospice for the wonderful care and support given to our Beloved husband and father.
