Obituary

SSG. Kevin D. Perkins was a soldier in every sense of the word. He was a kind, gentle, humble soul. He served his country in the United States Army in combat during Desert Storm, Iraqi Freedom, and Kuwait. He was a dedicated, decorated soldier, brother, and son. He was loved by many. Kevin was a ride or die Dallas Cowboy and Dallas Maverick fan. He is survived by his mother, Georgia Hartman, sisters, Lisa Perkins Henderson, Antonia Perkins, Deena Perkins-Hall; and brother, Rodney Hartman. Six nieces, five nephews, Aunt Marilyn Fuller, Uncle Ralph Fuller, Sr., and a host of great-nieces, great-nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. He will be sorely missed by all.
