Rosie Mary Cobb, beloved matriarch of her family and faithful servant of Christ, passed on Wednesday , November 3, 2021, at the age of 95 in her home.

Rosie was born on May 6, 1926, to the parentage of Dewitt Curry and Rose Nollie Curry.  She was the youngest of two children, both born and raised in Dallas, Texas.

At an early age, she professed her faith and with her family became a dedicated member of the Greater Bethlehem Baptist Church.  Rosie attended Dallas Public Schools and was a graduate of Lincoln High School.  She went on to Bishop College where she received her bachelor's degree in Sociology.  She retired from Texas Instruments after 32 years and then spent the next 25+ years working as a substitute teacher with Dallas Public Schools.

Her beautiful life will forever be cherished by her two daughters: Veronica Cobb and Cheryl Denise Cobb, both of Dallas, TX ; her grandchildren: Tacoby Cobb (Sonya), Yiesha Nicole Cobb (Jonathan), and LaNiesha Sanders (Brannan);  her great-grandchildren: Jada Brown, Tacoby Cobb, Jr, Jalen Gillespie, Legend Cobb, Kenni Rose Sanders, Stone Sanders, and Reese Sanders; her great-great granddaughter: Sage Marie Brown; as well as many loving family and friends.
