Rose Mary McClain Fielder was born December 22, 1945 to the parentage of Elder Elzie Berry Sr., and Gladys Berry in Quitman, Texas.

She accepted Christ as her Lord and Savior at an early age, and fellowship at the Mt. Calvary C.O.G.I.C. in Quitman, Texas. Rose Mary attended and graduated from W.B. Clark High School, Quitman, Texas Class of 1965. She competed in Track & field, basketball, and Home Making.

In December1965 she married Johnny McClain to this union they had one son Plantae McClain and later her second son Derrick McClain was born .

She later met and married Freddie Fielder in July 1999 to this union no children were born.

She is preceded in death by both husbands, Johnny McClain and Freddie Fielder. Her parents Elzie and Gladys Berry; sisters Charlene Harper, Sadie Hunter, Frankie Gunter, Doretha Criner; brothers Baby Boy Berry, Willie, Robert, and Travis Berry.

She leaves to cherish her memories her son's Palante McClain (Yolanda) of Cedar Hill, TX, Derrick McClain (Angelque) of Glenn Heights, TX, Grandson's Derrick McClain Jr. and Devontae McClain. Her brother Elzie Berry Jr. and sister Linda Farley, a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
