Rommie Jean Henderson was born in Gilmer, Texas to the parents of Luther and Raydene Henderson on February 8, 1949

She attended Bruce High School and received a diploma, then later joined the work force, and later retired from the logistics industry. During this time, she married Dwight Coleman and welcomed a son, Darrell Coleman.

She accepted Christ at an early age and became a member of Pine Grove Baptist Church of Gilmer, Tx and later joined The Exciting Singing Hills Baptist Church of Dallas, Tx.

The loved ones that preceded her in death are her father and mother, husband, Dwight Coleman, brothers Luther Henderson, Aubrey Henderson, Richard Henderson, Arthur Wayne Henderson, and sister Teresa Taylor.
