Born to the late Robert and Sammie Hurd on December 15, 1929, in Marshall, Texas. Robbie, known to many as " Momma Tootsie" lived a hospitable life of love, integrity and excellence. She received her formal education both in the Marshall and Ft-Worth, TX I.S.D respectively.

In her early life,she accepted Christ while in Marshall, TX. She later moved to Dallas where she met and fell in love with the late George W.Willis, Sr. After moving to Dallas, she joined Pilgrim Rest BC. In 1972 she joined Carver Heights BC. In 1986, she transitioned as a charter member of Antioch F.M.B.C. under the leadership of the late Dr. Karry D. Wesley where she served as a faithful member of the Sr. Usher Board as well as the Mother's Board.

Robbie departed this life on Tuesday July 28, 2020.

Momma leaves to God's omnipotent care: 2 daughters- Mary Cameron (Foster), Willia L. Neugent, 1 brother- Robert E. Hurd, Jr. (Mary Alice), 4 grandchildren- Kevin Hurd, Lisa Cameron (Victor), Shaleese Neugent & Meleech Neugent, 11 great- grandchildren, 2 great- great grandchildren, 1 niece, 3 nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.
