Mr. Rickie Dell Pullins Sr. (Papa) was born to Doris and Lewis Pullins on May 28, 1954 in Tyler, Texas in Smith County. He accepted Christ at an early age.

He received his formal education at Wilmer-Hutchins High School, class of 1972 served as a maintenance mechanic with Enterprise Holdings for 30 years. On December 31, 1974 Rickie Pullins married his high school sweetheart Rosalind Griffin in Dallas, TX. From this union 4 children were born; La'Kisla D. Pullins, Rickie D. Pullins Jr., Derrick W. Pullins and Erick B. Pullins.

Mr. Pullins was an avid Cowboys fan,and he was always willing to lend a hand to others in need. He was positive and had no problem sharing his wisdom, and life experiences. He was family oriented and loved to assist his grandkids in pursuing their dreams.

On August 2, 2017, Rickie Dell Pullins Sr. heard the voice of the Lord say; "Come on home my child." He is preceded in death by his parents Doris and Lewis Pullins and sister Cynthia Nickerson.

He leaves to lament in his passing; his loving wife Rosalind Pullins and his children LaKisla Pullins, Rickie Pullins Jr. (Maria), Derrick Pullins (Janae), Erick Pullins (Clovis); Grandchildren Joshua Dell, Jasmine Marie, Lauryn Jade, Dillion Jonah, Jackson Drew and Farrah Joy Pullins; Siblings: Jimmie Pullins Sr., Mary Crawford, Rosie Woodward, Charlie Pullins Sr., Vickie Daniels and a host of nephews, nieces and other relatives and friends. We will miss him dearly.
