Reginald Lynn Draper was born to Shirley Watkins and Billy Graham on February, 1, 1969, in Dallas, TX. Reginald was a graduate of Wilmer Hutchins High School where he graduated 3 rd in his class, with high honors and was inducted into the National Honors Society. Reginald accepted Christ at a very young age and was vocal and influential in his walk with the Lord.

At age 18, Reginald began his career as a Real Estate Agent under the brokerage and leadership of his mother, Shirley Watkins. Later, he became the proud owner of Executive Sedan Services, where he provided travel to a variety of customers. Reginald revolutionized the limousine and car service for the DFW metroplex.

On January 29, 2022, Reginald went home to be with the Lord. He is survived by Shirley Watkins (mother), Anita Napoleon (sister), Felicia Essien (sister), Timothy J. Napoleon (nephew), Brittany Napoleon (niece), Attah A. Essien (nephew), and a host of aunts (5), uncles (2), cousins, and great nieces (3) and nephews (4).
