Ray Charles "Bug" Hill II was born June 2, 1992 to the parentage of Phyllis Randle-Hill and Ray Charles Hill in Dallas, Texas. Ray attended Pre-K at The Church of the Resurrection (Garland), Birdie Alexander Elementary, The Inspiring Body of Christ School and W.H. Atwell Middle schools. Ray was a 2010 graduate of Judge Barefoot Sanders Law Magnet at Townview. Ray continued his education as a student at Eastfield College with an interest in criminal justice.

Ray had many interest; he was a fan of World Wide Wrestling Federation from an early age and collected a very extensive collection of his favorite wrestlers. He was also a video game enthusiast (yet another extensive collection) and enjoyed playing on line with his friends.Ray was also a martial arts enthusiast; he studied Karate for many years and earned the highest degree brown belt. He was also a member of Team Mohler MMA.

Ray was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Albert "Smitty" Randle and Ray Hill and paternal grandmother Hazel Hill.

"Bug" leaves to cherish his loving memories: his parents Phyllis Randle-Hill and Ray Charles Hill, his maternal grandmother, Charlene Randle, sisters Onike, Ragan and Lillian Hill, aunts Cynthia Dunn (Paul), Stephanie Bullocks (Marc), Linda Hill, Brenda Hill, Jeanett Hill and Frances Hill,Cynthia Hill, Sherry Lyn Hill, uncles Christopher Johnson (Barabara), Michael Hill, Dewayne Hill,Edward Earl Hill, and Roy Gene Hill, cousins Dennis, Tyneka, Anthony, AG, Calvin, Alysha, Taliyah and Austin along with many others who loved him.
