Princetta Stiggers Thomas was born on December 7, 1943, to S.P. & Alice (Martin) Stiggers in Jefferson, Texas.

She attended schools in the Royse City Independent School District and graduated high school in 1963. She would later complete courses in Elementary Education at Jarvis Christian College.

She married Tommy Thomas on August 28, 1970. While working at Texas Instruments in 1973, she met Arvella (Clark) Warren and formed a friendship that led to her welcoming Chalisa as her goddaughter. On October 16, 1978, she would welcome her son, Brent.

After leaving Texas Instruments, she began working in the security industry at Foley's (formerly Sanger-Harris); and later retired from Raytheon (formerly E-Systems) in 2009.

Princetta was a member of Beckley Heights Church of Christ for 50 years. She will be missed by all who loved her.

Those who will cherish her memory include her husband, Tommy; goddaughter, Chalisa Fain (Delbert), brother Ernest Stiggers (Rose); and two (2) sisters: Dollie Pearl Reece and Mary Alice Gray. She was loved dearly by those who called her Granny - Terrence Thomas, Brent Thomas, Jr., Brelon Thomas, Jaylan Fain, YaMun Hempstead, and Yazmin Warren.

She is preceded in death by her son, Brent Thomas; her parents, S.P. & Alice Stiggers; her brothers – Lee "Curley" Stiggers, Elbert Stiggers, S.P. Stiggers, Jr., Calvin "K.P" Stiggers, Andrew Stiggers, Richard Stiggers, Clarence Stiggers, J.P. Stiggers, and Dave "Bud" Stiggers and sisters – Cleo Stiggers Patton, Dollie Roberta Stiggers Patton, Frances Stiggers Miles, Darlene Stiggers, Gladys Stiggers Hill, and Earnestine Stiggers Palmer.
