Ms. Pearlie B. Lee was the eldest of 7 siblings two of which preceded her in death, born to Bennie J. Manuel and Elizabeth Smith on October 14, 1932 in Royce City, TX. Her parents preceded her in death.

She was a faithful member at the Marsalis Avenue Church of Christ, Dallas, TX. She attended and graduated from high school in Greenville, TX.

She was a professional manicurist at JC Penny's, Neiman Marcus and ended her career at Polish Perfection Nails when she retired in 2009, after retirement she volunteered at Sharon's Playground Learning Center for 3 years, where she helped take care of children. Pearlie B. Manuel met and married Herbert Lee that lasted over 50+years and he preceded her in death and there were no children.

Survived by: Niece and Caregiver for 6 years, Sharon Walker (Stacy) of Heath, TX. Sisters: Annie Ruth Bonner DeSoto, TX (Billy Bonner), Vickie Ann Silmon Fort Worth, TX (Robert Silmon). Brother: Acie Oneal Manuel Dallas, TX (Velma Manuel). Stepson, Steven Fountain of Dallas, Texas; sister-in-laws, Maggie Jones of Dallas, Texas and Irby Hargrove of California. A host of nieces and nephews in Texas and California and other relatives and friends.
