Ann Gaston
November 11, 1943 – October 19, 2025
Beverly Ann Gaston was born November 11,1943 to the late Joe and Edith Petty in Dallas, Texas. She was called to be with the Lord on Sunday, October 19, 2025, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. She attended school in the Dallas Public School District.
She was united in Marriage to Floyd Gaston Sr. in Dallas, Texas on December 24, 1966. From their union came two sons, Floyd Gaston Jr. and Darhun Gaston.
She attended Bishop College (Currently Paul Quinn College) of Dallas, Texas in 1962 where she majored in sociology. She served in ministry for more then 40 years.
She attended Dallas Theological Seminary in 1991, and Ephraim and Judah Bible Institute in 1995, studying the Jewish background necessary to understand the ways and desires of God for Christian Living.
Pastor Gaston was provided the opportunity to "co-write" a book called "The Misconception About Purpose". She ministered on the weekly broadcast, "River Of Life" She was working on a book called, "Healing Is The Children's bread" for publication and distribution.
Pastor Gaston dedicated her life to serving God's people with love and humility. Her God given - vision, and Faith laid the foundation of the Ministry. (Philippians 4:8)
Gospel Learning Center Non-Denominational Church was founded in 2001 by Pastor Beverly Gaston. For 18 years, she served the congregation while living in "Dallas, Texas.
She is survived by her amazing son, Floyd Gaston Jr. (Isis): Three grandsons, Derion Smith (Amber): Floyd Gaston III: Darhun Gaston: One granddaughter, Dariana Gaston: Three great-granddaughters: Two great-grand sons: One sister, Teresa Cooks (Paul). She will be remembered fondly by her spiritual sister, Rita Paris, and a host of nieces, nephews, and many other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Floyd Gaston Sr.: son, Darhun Gaston: parents, Joe and Edith Petty: Three sisters, Wansa Everett, Joann Jones, Carolyn Young.
