Norma Renee Bell, born March 25, 1959, to John Bell Jr, and Norma Faye Bell in

Dallas, Texas, graduated from Franklin D. Roosevelt in 1977. She married Ronnie L.

Carter, Sr., and had two children, Ronnie L. Carter, Jr., and Lance Carter.

Ronnie L. Carter, Sr., Ronnie L. Carter, Jr., Marlon Bell, Sr. preceded her in death.

Norma was a CNA around the Dallas area. She accepted Christ at an early age in her

life.
