She fell in love with Jesus at an early age.

Nora met and married Tom Bush on June 14, 1958 and from this union they were blessed with four beloved children, who are left to celebrate her home going, Tom Bush, Jr., Alice White (James), Pamela Davis (Richard) and Edna Knighten; 7 grandchildren, Sha-Karus Sanders, Ricky Davis (Ashley), Landon Sanders, Brandon Price, Lorraine Davis, Jamel White and Nikki Knighten; 3 great grandchildren, Miah Davis, Amelia and expected great grandson (December 2012); siblings, Flutcher Thomas, Jr. (Isalee), Reverend Edward Thomas (Mable), Lora Thomas, Rosie Thomas, Ruby Thomas, Doris Evans, Lindell Crosby, Edgar Thomas, Elder Billy Ray Thomas (Clara), George Ray Thomas (Linda), Harrison Thomas, Lena Thompson (Clem) and an array of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in final rest by her parents Flutcher and Edna Thomas, Ora Harrison, Elva McReynold, Florence Berry and Shirley Morgan.

The homegoing celebration will commence on Saturday, August 25, 2012 11:00am at Rose Hill Church of God in Christ, 1300 Rose HIll, Terrell, Texas
