Noel Beatrice Williams, 60 passed early Sunday morning, July 2, 2017 at Fairhaven Assisted Living. She was born December 20, 1956 in La Marque, Texas a beautiful baby girl to the late Alphonse Watts, Sr. and the late Helen Neal Watts Antwine.
In 1965, Noel and her family moved from La Marque to the Austin/San Marcos Area. Her family then moved and planted their roots in Dallas, Texas in 1970. Noel was baptized at Carver Heights Baptist Church under the leadership of Reverend Tyler Carter. She was a very dedicated and active member of the church's youth ministry. In 1971, Noel was voted and won the title, Ms. Carver Heights during their annual pageant contest. Noel graduated from Justin Ford Kimball High School with the class of 1972. During her high school years, Noel excelled in Track and Field and Academics. Following graduation, she was briefly employed with Southwestern Bell. Noel's professional career, however, was present over twenty years with the Dallas Police Department as a 911 Operator. She was forced to retire early due to her dwindling health.
Noel was first married to Carlos Lee Watson, Jr. and to this union one son was born, Carlos Lee Watson, III. Later in life, she married Curtis L. Williams and they were blessed with a wonderful life full of love, laughter and companionship.
Noel was preceded in death by her husband, Curtis L. Williams. She leaves to cherish her memories: her son, Carlos Lee Watson, III (Beverly); two grandsons, Carmelo and Cebastian; brother, Alphonse Watts, Jr.; sister, Pamela Antwine-Castile' close friends, Rita Booker_Parson, Samuel and Elizabeth Booker; Vera E.R. Williams; unofficial Godmother, Macie Blanton-Waters, and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
