Mother Carrie Davis' Obituary
Mother Carrie Mae Davis was born in Daisetta, Texas to the parentage of Anderson Searles, Sr. and Mary Norman. She attended the Ames ISD until she married and moved to Dallas, Texas. She retired from South Haven Nursing Home in 2010 and continued to work private home health as a nurse until her health failed in May 2011.
She accepted Christ at an early age. In 1973, she joined Holy Temple CHSC under the leadership of Bishop W.T. Smith until his retirement but she continues to serve as an active and faithful member under the leadership of Superintendent Titus Smith until her death.
Mother Davis departed this earthly life on August 16, 2012.
The homegoing celebration will commence on Thursday, August 23, 2012 11:00am at Ideal Family Church, 1000 E. Redbird Lane, Dallas, Texas
