Morris Donnell Hornsby, Jr. was born on June 22, 1981, to the proud parents of Morris Hornsby, Sr. and Sylvia Renee Byrd-Hornsby.

Morris received his education with the Dallas Independent School District, graduating from Lincoln High School. He went on to attend Shaw University in Raleigh, North Carolina where he obtained his Master's Degree in finance.

Morris was a loving, caring and genuine son, brother, uncle, nephew, cousin and friend. He truly loved his fur baby (dog), Chance. He will truly be missed by all that loved him.

He is preceded in death by his father, Morris Hornsby, Sr., his grandfather, Shannon Hornsby, Sr. and grandmother, V. Etta Worthy Hornsby.

Morris is survived by his loving mother, Sylvia; brothers, Anthony Dilworth, Jr. (Carla), Qualan (Beci), Derrick, Tony, Dee, Arun and Shawn; his loving sister, Marveatte; uncle, Willie Byrd; aunt, Vicki Jones (Darrell); aunt, Pamela Hornsby and
a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
