Michael Dwain Tubbs was born September 11, 1953, to Arlee and Gladys Tubbs in Dallas Texas.
He attended L.G. Pinkston High School and graduated Class of 1972. He was the sixth child of twelve children.
He accepted Christ at an early age and was baptized at Canada Drive Christian Church.
Michael served in the United States Army from September 1978 until April 1981 with an Honorable Discharge.
Michael was the life of any and every party. To his family and friends, he was known as "Big Louie" and everyone who knew him knew he enjoyed dancing and making sure everyone had fun.
Michael Tubbs was preceded in death by his parents, Arlee and Gladys Tubbs; three brothers, Victor Tubbs, Don Tubbs and Vincent Tubbs.
He leaves to cherish his memories: four daughters, Tammy Felder, Tiffany Clark-Tubbs and Jada Tubbs, K'Marii; one God-Son, Dwain Woods; nine grandchildren, Danielle (Brandon), Daniel, Ronnie, Beunshae, Mya, Raidence, Markhya, Neveah and Michael; six great-grandchildren, Demourixia, Naveah, Braniyah, Brianna, Brielle and Brayden; six sisters, Brenda Gray, Pearlene Nelson, Johnnie Marsh (Joseph), Cynthia Johnson, Volla Tubbs and Detra Tubbs; two brothers, Calvin Tubbs and Anthony Tubbs and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends including special friends, James Felder And Stevanie Yarbrough.
