Obituary

Maxine Cobb Wallace, was born October 4, 1939 in Rusk, Texas to the parents of McLennon and Erie Cobb. Maxine completed her education at Lincoln High School in Dallas, Texas. She later on moved to Odessa, Texas were she married William Wallace and to this union five children were born.

Maxine, and her family later on moved back to Dallas, Texas. Maxine, love to cook so she put her skills to work. Maxine, worked at Baylor Hospital for many years as a Kitchen Lead. She also worked at Parkland Memorial Hospital as well as a Kitchen Lead under the executive chef. She retired in late 90's from Parkland Memorial Hospital. Not only did she work as the Kitchen Lead for many years. She made her real mark on her love for food for her family!

But most of all she LOVED her FAMILY!

She was proceeded in death by her parents McLennon and Erie Cobb, two sons Curry Wallace and William Cobb, four brothers Johnny Cobb, Elbert Cobb, Lonnie Roy and Edwin Roy.

Those left to cherish her memories include her three children Debra "Sally" Gray (Kenneth), Rosalind "Squeaky" Wallace and Alex "BeBo" Wallace and a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren as well as great-great children. Five sisters Gertha Cobb Williams (Benny), Manervia Roy, Eunice Roy Vinson (Larry), Sandra Carter and Marcie Cobb Franklin and a host of relatives and friends.
