Matthew Belcher, Jr. was born January 25, 1964 in Dallas, Texas to Eula Belcher and Mattew Belcher, Sr. (deceased) of Dallas, Texas.

In 1983 Matthew graduated from D.I.S.D.'s Roosevelt High School which he was a member of the choir.

Matthew gave his life to Jesus at a early age and was a member of the Youth of Faith and International Ministries under the leadership of overseer Keith D. Whitlock. He was united to Neda Smith in marriage on November 4, 1989

On Thursday, January 13, 2022 just after noon, Matthew went home to be with the Lord.

He is preceded in death by his Father, Matthew Belcher, Sr. and Brother, Terry Belcher.

He leaves to cherish his memories his wife Neda Belcher, daughter Andrea Smith;Mother, Eula Belcher Sister, Pamela A. Stokes; Brothers, Ray and Timothy Belcher; Sister-in-laws, Thomasina Scott (Myron) and Beverly Glanton of Grand Rapids, Mi; Brother-in-law Wilbert Stokes (Kandace) of Mesquite, Texas; and a host of other relatives and friends.
