Obituary

Marilyn Ann Mckinsey Mcloudy, 56, was born December 24, 1955 in Dallas, Texas to the union of Henry and Janie Bradley, both of Dallas, TX. Marilyn started her Christian journey going to church with her great grandmother, Zemary Golden, where she accepted Christ in her childhood. She joined Adams Chapel A.M.E. Church in December, 2009. She served on the Hospitality Committee, Card Outreach, Memeber of Missions, Fabulous 50's and sung in the choir. Marilyn also gave talks on God's word at Bible Study & testimonies to His goodness in her life.

Marilyn attended school in the Dallas Independent School District and graduated from Sunset High School. Marilyn recieved her certificate in the Texas Education Department. She worked at Childen's Medical Center, Columbia Hospital and Methodist central hospital. Later, Marilyn worked in the Duncanville School System, where she worked with special needs children; she enjoyed working with the children and teens.

In 1981, Marilyn became a mother of a baby boy, naming him Jamie Deleon McKinsey. Later, she married Lamont McCloudy. In 1988, she became the mother of a daughter, Jessica Monet' McCloudy.

Mariyln was preceded in death by her mother, Janie Bradley.

She leaves to cherish her memories: Son, Jamie D. McKinsey (Dallas,TX); daughter, Jessica M. McCloudy (Dallas, TX); father, Henry Bradley (Dallas, TX) and one brother, Henry Bradley Jr (Dallas, TX) godmother, Fannie Curry and three uncles, Matthew Armstrong, Paul Armstrong (Dallas, TX), Johnny Armstrong; two aunts, Mary Williams, (Dallas,TX) Peggy Justice (Dallas,TX); cousins and other relatives and friends. She also leaves a very close friend of 37 years, Joan V. Nickerson
