Mandel Allen was born August 24, 1957 to the parentage of Emory L. Allen and Alberta Foster.  He transitioned from this life on February 9, 2020.  Mandel will have visitation from 3-9:00pm, Friday, February 21, 2020 at Evergreen Memorial Funeral Home.  His celebration of life will be on Saturday, February 22, 2020 location TBD.
