Lorie Ann Bomar was born in Italy, Texas to Frederick and Edna Jean Johnson. She grew up in Dallas, where she attended school in the Dallas Independent School District. An active and competitive spirit, Lorie loved playing basketball and never turned down a chance to race - often winning.

She dedicated many years of service to Chase Bank in Downtown Dallas. A woman of faith, Lorie was a longtime member of the Inspiring Body of Christ Church (IBOC) in Dallas. She had a passion for beauty and loved decorating, always bringing warmth and elegance to the spaces around her.

On March 3, 2025, Lorie peacefully entered eternal rest. She was preceded in death by her parents and her brothers, Frederick Johnson Jr. and Arthur Ray.
