Loewell Lee, Sr. affectionately known as "PaPa" was born to the parentage of Jessie and Eddra Lee in Sulphur Springs, Texas on September 30, 1942

He was educated in the Sulphur Springs Hopkin County School District.

Upon moving to Dallas, he married Annie Davis and that marriage was blessed with three beautiful children Verna Davis, Renee Sterling, and Loewell Lee, Jr.

On August 14, 1966, Loewell married his high school sweetheart Peggy Lee Wiliams. He later joined Greater Mt Sinai Baptist Church under the Leadership of Rev. L.c. Jones, Sr.

He worked a long time for Yellow Fright teaching for 25 years.

He is preceded in death by his wife: Peggy Lee

He leaves to cherish his memory and continue is legacy of love Children: Verna Davis, Felicia Sterling, Loewell Lee, Jr(Deborah), Benton Williams, Shona Lee-Pickens; Seven Grandchildren; Great Grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
