Linda Sue Johnson was born on 17th July 1953 in Dallas, Texas, to the parentage of Emma Lee Johnson and Norman Jackson. Linda came into this world destined to spread love, compassion, and divine faith that she held so dear.

She discovered Christ early and allowed her life to be a significant testament to her faith. It was her spirit, her belief, that guided us with Philippians 4:6, "Be careful for nothing; but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God." This powerful verse encapsulated Linda's own essence. She was that incandescent beacon of guidance and wisdom, illuminating the path for everyone around her.

Like every human, she had her share of joy and sorrow, and she bore them both with equal grace. Today, she might not be amongst us palpably, but her spirit lives on. She has joined her parents, Norman and Emma Lee Johnson, her sister Janice Betts, brother Marvin Moore, nephew Phillip Higgins, niece Denita Ogechi, and grandson Claude Wayne Johnson Jr. in the Lord's abode.

Her legacy, though, lives on. Her memories continue to flourish in her son Claude D. Johnson, daughters Sheila D. Jones (Victor) and Lavonda S. Johnson; three sisters Brenda Higgins, Sharon Powell, and Marilyn Tyler (Anthony); and 11 grandchildren and 19 greatgrandchildren. Her love, her lessons continue to guide us, enveloping us with strength and an undying spirit of compassion.

Her journey wasn't easy, but she made it beautiful. And that is how we shall remember her: as a woman full of life, joy, love, and unwavering faith. Let's cherish her legacy and keep the love alive.
