LB Skinner was born on December 28, 1949 in Terrell, Tx. To the union of LB Skinner Sr., and Laura Lee Skinner-Whitehead. LB accepted Christ at an early age. He received his education in the Dallas public School, and attended Roosevelt High School. Later in his life he pursued to his degree in Business. Shortly afterwards he went to work for several trucking companies, including On Time Courier Inc. He was persistent about starting his own business, and accomplished it by naming it JR's Expedited Pickup & Delivery. He enjoyed finishing in his spare time.
He departed this life on Friday December 24th, 2021. He was proceeded in death by his father LB Skinner Sr., 2 brothers Robert Skinner, Eugene Skinner, and son Lee Skinner, and grandson baby LB.
He leaves to cherish his memories Demesha Smith of Dallas Texas, LB Skinner II of Dallas, TX; Ruth Abernathy (Rodney) of Dallas, Texas; Lerone Skinner (Austin, Texas); Erica Pitts (Terrence) of Dallas, Texas; Valerie King of Spain; Will Skinner (Brittany) of Austin, Tx.; LB Skinner III of Dallas, TX; Billy Skinner (Kristin) of Arlington, TX; His loving Mother Laura Whitehead of Dallas, TX; 1 brother Bobby Skinner(Vivian) of Cedar Hill, TX; 3 sisters Bobbie Brackens(Robert) of Dallas, Texas; Teri Allen of Dallas, Texas, and Vandora Vincent (Ernest) of Cedar Hill, Texas. His favorite and loved Aunt Gussie Freeman of Dallas, Texas. 28 Grand Children, 2 Great Grands, and a host of nieces, nephews, and relatives.
