Laura Diane Borders (Eenie) was born on June 12,1957 in Pine Bluff , Arkansas. She was the daughter of Opal Brunston and Harvey Borders. She was the second oldest out of 6 children and the only girl. She grew up in Dallas, TX in which she attended Dallas Public Schools and graduated from South Oak Cliff High School in 1975 and attended Friendly Missionary Baptist Church.
While working at Goodwill Industry, she was united with her husband Gregory Moss and into this union one child was born Deidre Moss. Laura was a devoted wife for over 35 years until Gregory Moss proceed her in death in 2016. She was a devoted mother and grandmother that enjoyed being at home taking care of her family. She loved to cook, read books and spend time with her 3 grandchildren( De'Azia Ellison, Brooklyn Ellison and Levi Ellison).
Laura is preceded in death by her father (Harvey Borders), Stepfather (Wright Baker), her husband Gregory Moss, and three brothers Randall Borders (Dale), Michael Borders (BoBo) and Paul Brunston.
She leaves to cherish her legacy and memories Mother: Opal Brunston, Daughter: Deidre Moss (Bonnie Ellison), three grandchildren De'Azia, Brooklyn, and Levi Ellison. Brothers: Charles Brunston (Sheronda); Donald Watson and Terry Coulter. Sister: Angela Borders and Denise Stoker (Jody). and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
My mother was a remarkable soul who touched the lives of many by showing compassion, love and kindness. We will miss you!!!
