LaShunda Rachelle Harris was born on October 7,1968 in Mangham Louisiana to parents Maurice Dotson and Evelyn Joyce Harris. As a child, she frequently visited church and accepted Christ at an early age.

LaShunda attended public schools in Dallas Texas and was a graduate Class of 1987 from Business Magnet Center. After graduating high school, she entered the workforce where she held a banking career for over 20 years. LaShunda was not only great with numbers, but was also an elite Makeup Enthusiast and your Everyday Beauty Advisor. She made her mark in the beauty industry by bringing awareness to different causes through her creative makeup looks. LaShunda used her social media platforms to spread light and positivity to everyone who graced her page. She was authentic, inspirational, and a motivation to us all.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Maurice Dotson and Evelyn Harris; Aunts: Ruby Washington and Jeanetta Harris; Uncles: Jerry B Harris Jr and Frank Daniels, and one cousin: Stacey Harris.

She leaves to cherish her memories with two loving children: Jasmine D. Hawthorne and Brishae E. Johnson (Ernest); One grandchild: Faith Askie; one Brother: Kevin D Harris; four Aunts: Dorothy Daniels, JoAnn Harris (Jimmy), Helen Flewellen, and Barbara Harris (Johnnie); two uncles: Terry Harris and Donald Harris (Irene) and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends
