kevin Stegall was born on June 6,1961 in Dallas, Texas to the late Elbert Stegall and Charlotte Owens. Kevin Attended school in DISD, graduating from Berkner High School in 1981. Kevin attended Cedar Valley College, he worked as a maintenance engineer though out his career, Kevin was employed at CGRE Group at the time of his Death. Kevin Met and Married the love of his life Gwendolyn Coy in 1998 and they were married in 1999. They were married for 25 years until Kevin was called home. He enjoyed walks in the park, movies, eating out and Djing.

Those left to cherish his memories: his beloved wife Gwendolyn Stegall of Dallas, TX, 1 sister Karen Stagell, 4 brothers Milton Robert (Rita), Stephen Boucher (Princess) Jason Stegall and Byron Stgall. Stepmom Dee Stagell, Father/ Mother in Law Nathaniel & Betty Coy of Dallas, TX, Brother in Law Perry Coy Sr. (Dorothy), 2 Sister in Law Carolyn Adkins(Ronnie) of Grand Prarie,TX, and Demetra Coy-Monk of Desoto, TX.
