Joseph Duane Brown born in Ft-Worth, Texas April 13, 1961 to Emmett & Florday Brown. He received his formal education from DISD and graduated from Skyline Auto Body Cluster High School in 1979. He attended Texas Technical where he received an Associate Degree as a Certified Butcher. He worked as a Butcher at his family owned business Brown's Grocery and Meat Market .

Joseph joined the United States Army in 1979 after graduation. In 1994 he met and married Audrey Smith and to this union one child was born Tafarah Bibles.

Joseph leaves to cherish his memories his wife of 25 years Audrey Brown, daughter Tafarah Bibles, one brother Emmett Brown III, two sisters Antoinette Ashley (Denny), and Deborah Sullerman. three nephews, four nieces , four special friends and host of relative and friends.
