Johnny Weathers was born November 12, 1944, to the late John H. & Beulah Weathers of Dallas, TX
Johnny accepted Christ at an early age at Leath Street Baptist Church and continued his patronage at Rice Chapel AME Church in Dallas.
After graduation from LG Pinkston High School, he joined the United Stated Army, where he served as a private rank national defense sharpshooter in Geneva receiving a medal, and Honorable discharge recognition.
After returning home, he would soon be married to wife Olevia.
Johnny was employed for 40 years at Parkland Hospital and spent several years at Children's Medical while retiring in 2014. Johnny interest was his family, sports, working, and being well dressed.
Johnny was preceded in death by wife Olevia; his parents, sisters, Dianna Harris, Evelyn Bell, Marilyn & Carolyn Weathers.
Johnny leaves to cherish his memory: nephews, Willie Harris, Jr., Senaka Weathers and Eric Ford, Jr.; niece, Astrick Bell; relative, George Alexander; and a host of other relatives and friends.
