On Wednesday, July 13, 2022, John Robinson, loving husband and father of two children, passed away at age 56. John was born on December 6, 1965 in Grand Prairie, TX to Eloise Allen and John L. Thomas.

He joined the Navy in April of 1989 and served one tour overseas during the Gulf War then was honorably discharged in 1994. John had a passion for traveling, music, and the word of God. He enjoyed spending time with family and partying with friends. He was known for his quick wit, his infectious smile, and his kind and compassionate spirit.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Eloise, his father, John, his brothers Lynn, his sisters Charlotte, Shonda, and Cassandra. He leaves to cherish his memory his husband John Fields, two children, Lacey and Drew, five grandchildren and two brothers.
