Jerry Price, the third son of Eddie and Cora Price, was born on July 12, 1940 in Dallas, TX. He was baptized at New Friendship Baptist Church in Dallas. He attended Dallas public schools and graduated from in 1958 from James Madison High School in Dallas. Among his many endeavors, Jerry owned a record shop, liquor store and later a taxi for many years.

Jerry is survived by his brothers James E. Price, Billy Wallace; sister, Mary Price and a host of nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.

On November 3, 2012 Jerry departed this life and will be missed by all who knew him.

The homegoing celebration will commence on Saturday, November 10, 2012 11:00AM at Evergreen Memorial Funeral Home.
