Mr. Jerry Earl Parks was born February 21, 1954, to Robert Earl Parks (Deceased) and Marine Smith-Minor in Lufkin, TX. Jerry received his formal education in Dallas- Ft. Worth; he then went on to the United States Navy (Kitty Hawk) where he and his fellow Seaman created history. In his later years, he found his truth and studied under the Hebrew Israelites. He was very passionate about the Lord and wanted everyone around to be just as passionate. He lived his life to the fullest, he made sure he learned something new every chance he got, he even started his own business and Parks Electric was born. He left behind siblings, Larry Smith, Mary Holt, Gordon Wheeler, Alexandria Parks, Daughter Jeri Parks, and Grandchildren Illa
Parks and I'an Parks. A host of nieces and nephews, close friends, and family. He is preceded in death by siblings Jeffery Wheeler, Lilly Faye Wheeler, and Gerald Wheeler Jr.
