Ms. Jannie Lee Turner-Edwards *AKA* Janice Alice Marie (HEEEY!), was born to the parentage of Arlean and James Turner on May 10, 1949 in Smith County, Texas.

Jannie attended local schools in the Smith County area and graduated from Jackson High School in 1966. After  completing high school she relocated to the Dallas, Texas area and look a job as a Computer Technician at Apple Distribution Center. She worked there until it became necessary for her to quit working for her to provide full-time care for her completely disabled daughter Vernell (Ke-Ke). Jannie loved the Lord and accepted him into her life at an early age. She loved to dance, laugh out loud and she enjoyed listening to music.

Jannie was preceded in death by her Mother Arlene; Father James; Daughter Vernell; Grandson Elvis; Great- grandchildren Jeremiah, Christian, and Dream; Sibling Wilbur, James, Pete, George, J.C, and Vertie.

Jannie leaves behind to cherish her memory Daughters Bertha Kelley and Carolyn Davis, Son in laws Leslie Kelley and Roland Davis, Grandchildren Precious, Chasity ( Marcus), Qualin, Quasha (Jamarcus), Germany (Louise), Ashley (Jonathan), Jessica, Deliah, Stanley Jr, Rolonda, Stephanie (Darion), Roland Jr; Great Grandchildren18, Sibling Betty Jo, Mary Helen, Jimmy Lee, Mary Ann, Walter Lee, Ray Jr. Jo Ann; Her All in One "Aunt (Lou-Lou) Louise Johnson " Special Loves Stanley Wade, David Ellis, Riley Kemp Roshunda Stone and also a host of other relatives and friends who will truly miss her presence here on earth.
