She was born on August 20, 1966 to the late Robert Lewis Mackey and Darlene Davis in Dallas, Texas.
She was a proud graduate of South Oak Cliff High School.
Her memories will be cherished by her mother, Darlene Davis (Roy); husband, Reverend Herman Elkins of Ennis, Texa; sons, Marcus Mackey (Venus) and Minister Joshua Mackey and a host of other relatives and friends.
The homegoing celebration will commence on Wednesday, January 9, 2013 NOON at Emmauel Upper Room Church of God in Christ in Ennis, Texas.
