James Earl

January 17, 1942 – December 8, 2020
On January 17, 1942, the world and the Lewis family were changed for the better as James Earl Lewis was born to his proud parents, Arvie D. and Gladys Lockett Lewis (Mur Dear). He was who both preceded him in death, along with siblings Glory Benson (Billie), Tyrone Bernard Fields, George Fields, Sr., George Fields, Jr., Faye Kerr, Ruth Ann Fields, and Rosa Lee Fields Williams. He was also preceded in death by his Father and Mother-in-Love, Cornelius and Catherine Lee, and Brother-in-Love Arlandus Lee.

He graduated from "The Great James Madison High School" where he served in the ROTC.
